Mike and Kim Sheridan have been the heart behind The Swanson since opening its doors in 2002. With a shared love for Southern food, small-town charm, and meaningful hospitality, the Sheridans brought new life to the historic Cox-Swanson home—transforming it into the beloved restaurant it is today.

Driven by a passion for community and a deep appreciation for tradition, Mike and Kim have created more than just a place to eat—they’ve built a space where memories are made.
